1. Data Hosting in Switzerland
All your data (personal and application data) is stored exclusively in our own infrastructures in Switzerland. They benefit from the protection of Swiss laws, which are among the strictest in the world regarding privacy.
2. Minimal Data Collection
We only collect the data strictly necessary for the provision of our services (Mailpro™, Hosting): name, email, and billing information. All transactions are processed via our Swiss partner Datatrans AG.
3. Your Rights (GDPR & nFADP)
You have the full right to access, rectify, and delete your data. Upon closing your account, your data is permanently deleted from our active servers within 45 to 60 days.
